West Lothian Chamber of Commerce is supporting members to realise the opportunity from green procurement, and to develop members’ business credentials to gain more benefit from environment and sustainability policies. Sellers of greener goods and services are seeing opportunities to outpace traditional products and services – just look at the single use plastics debate and demand for alternative products!
In partnership with Mabbett, this is the final workshop in a series of three to provide delegates with an understanding of how you can improve the environmental and sustainability credentials of your business to help you win business.
Suitable for both buyers and sellers, our next workshop with Jamie Roddie of Mabbett, a Chartered Environmentalist will provide first-hand practical business examples of what Green Procurement is, and the role it could play in your business to improve environmental performance and meet growing stakeholder demands. Importantly you will leave with an action plan for your business.
Green procurement, purchasing products and services with minimal adverse environmental impact, can support your company to improve environmental performance.
If you are supplying into / would like to supply to the public sector and / or supply to clients or customers who request information on your environmental and sustainability policies and practices, we recommend you sign up to attend this workshop.
