With collaborations with prestigious designers and retailers including Vivienne Westwood, the Cambridge Satchel Company have graced catwalks from London to New York, going from strength to strength. Ahead of its 10-year anniversary in 2018, the brand has just launched a range of lifestyle products inspired by its hometown of Cambridge.

She set up her own factory in 2011 as demand increased and has ensured that each stage in producing the traditionally British bags takes place on British soil. Julie has been invited to speak at various events to promote entrepreneurship and British manufacturing.

In 2015, Julie was invited by Jack Ma to speak at Alibaba’s ‘She Era’ conference, the company’s first event focused on encouraging and supporting female entrepreneurs.
Julie has been awarded numerous awards as an individual and for her hugely successful business.
